Department: Sales & Operations

 

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Operations within the Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) business.

Safety Implementation, MS Office, CRM Software, Negotiation, Analytical Thinking, and Leadership.

 

Responsibility:

 

Capability to take lead for sales, outstanding, collection, production/planning, QC-related works, and maintenance scheduling. 

 

Taking the challenge to enhance concrete production and maximize profit. 

 

Ensuring timely renewal of compliance related to the plant. 

 

Preparing and submitting daily reports to management. 

 

Implementing safety norms and ensuring regular follow-up.

 

Qualification: BE or MBA
