Job Description:

Proactively identify, analyse, and monitor recurring mechanical issues so that they can be resolved on time.

Planning and manage all mechanical related activities to ensure stable life of equipment, Plan and execute effective maintenance plan and schedules, Daily field supervision of plant for maintenance.

Planning, scheduling & Review of preventive & predictive maintenance, equipment efficiency, benchmarking & condition monitoring of Equipment.

Develop in-depth profiles of key client segments. Conduct Root cause analysis in coordination with Section Team

Man-power controlling / cost saving techniques / power saving practices/ Inventory controlling

Planning and executing the maintenance activities to achieve the target equipment's key performance indicators like MTBF, MTTR,OPE,NAI,PRI,NOEE

Implemented the Best Techniques to Reduce the Lub Oil Consumption.

 

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical
 

Experience: 7-8 years (Cement industry background preferred)
