Lead operations & maintenance of Packing Plant & Tile Adhesives Plant
 

Drive safety initiatives, preventive maintenance & compliance
 

Manage CAPEX, budgets & logistics coordination
 

Improve efficiency in dispatches, manpower & power consumption
 

Motivate & develop plant teams for performance excellence

 

Requirements:
 

B.E/B. Tech – Mechanical
 

Proven experience in cement/packing plant operations & logistics
 

Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
