Key Responsibilities:

This role focuses on ensuring efficient plant operations and driving continuous process improvements.

Oversee kiln & VRM operations and ensure optimal equipment utilization

Optimize processes related to flow measurement, heat balance, and material handling

Supervise refractory material installation during shutdowns

Lead safety measures and troubleshooting during shutdowns

Drive initiatives for process improvement and modifications


Qualifications:

Education: BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Chemical/Cement Tech/PCM (preferably Chemical Engg.)
