1. 10 to 15 years experience in cement industry preferably in East India 

 

2. Daily ,Weekly, monthly sales monitoring and control company wide and coordination with Area In charges and Regional heads

 

3. Budget Preparation of Qty, Price, Discount, NCR, Marketing, Technical

 

4. Scheme designing and communication 

 

5.Setting Dealer Target and credit Limits

 

6. Performance matrix for dealer and sub dealers

 

7. Performance evaluation of channel network and SPA,TPC and making presentations periodically 

 

8. Market Reports and presentations to senior management time to time

 

9. Data Analysis and giving feedback to management for continous expansion in channel network

 

10. Creating SOPs for company for Channel and Institutional Sales

 

11. Coordinating for monitoring the CRM and Loyalty programs

 

12. Fluency in SAP, Power BI and other tools
