Job Description

Support the Security Head in managing and handling the entire security and fire operations at the site.

Assist in implementing and executing security policies, protocols, and SOPs.

Ensure efficient use and monitoring of security automation systems such as facial recognition devices, flap barriers, CCTV command center, etc.

Ensure effective traffic management and smooth movement of materials within and outside the plant premises.

Ensure proper documentation, daily reporting, and compliance related to all security and fire activities.

Take necessary corrective actions under the guidance of the Security Head.

Supervise and train agency security personnel to ensure effective vigilance and deployment.

Maintain a robust intelligence and vigilance network to gather information and support strategic security decisions.

Guide the team to ensure strict access control for both man and material movement.

Conduct on-the-job training and regular awareness programs for security and fire personnel.

Supervise the operation and maintenance of all firefighting equipment installed at the site.
