Lead Project Management Specialist to oversee the successful delivery of projects by managing risks, resources, and stakeholder communications.
 

The role focuses on ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in developing or updating YCC’s project management framework, guidelines, and tools to establish uniform practices aligned with industry standards and best practices.

Monitor the RFP revision and approval processes and maintain an RFP tracker to ensure clarity, consistency, and completeness for smooth project initiation.

Create and update a master plan for all YCC projects, outlining scope, objectives, budget, timelines, and key milestones in collaboration with stakeholders for a strategic project overview.

Monitor project progress and follow up with internal stakeholders on deliverables to ensure adherence to plans and timelines, addressing deviations to keep projects on track.

Consolidate and review progress reports and evaluate KPIs to provide actionable insights into project performance, facilitating informed decision-making.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a relevant field is required.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
