Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Oversee and manage the entire cement production process, including raw material processing, clinker production, and cement grinding.
Ensure optimal utilization of plant capacity and resources to meet production targets.
Implement and monitor production schedules to achieve volume, cost, and quality objectives.
Process Optimization and Efficiency:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
Quality Control:
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and specifications throughout the production process.
Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) team to address deviations and implement corrective actions.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
Promote a culture of safety awareness and risk mitigation.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop the production team to enhance skills and performance.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Inventory and Resource Management:
Monitor and manage raw material and fuel consumption.
Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted material supply.
