Job Description: 

 

Identification of Plant Improvement projects & completing with team on top priority.
 

Training the team regarding 7QC tool's, Quality circles (QCC), Visual factory, Plant 5S, Kaizen/ Suggestions from WM/CL.
 

Providing continuous motivations classes and helping the teams to complete the projects
 

5 core tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA) & Problem-solving tools, TPM Basics and implementation of JH activities in shop floor
 

Continuous Improvements & ideas generating through plant process study and identifying thee lean wastages
 

identification of NVA, VA Activities in process & guiding the team
 

Coordinating with Departments on Improvement ideas Project charter preparation and completion on time.
 

Conducting the Weekly, Monthly reviews with management
 

Good Communication and MS office skills (Word, Excel and PPT).
 

5s, kaizen, Lean manufacturing tools, MUDA, MURA, MURI, OEE calculation, PDCA, QMS documentation
 

TPM, TQM (Additional advantage)
 

Lean six sigma green belt (Additional advantage).

 

Qualification : 
 

BE / B. Tech (Mechanical)
