Key Responsibilities:

 

Operate and monitor kiln systems to ensure optimal performance.

 

Adjust process parameters for efficient clinker production.

 

Perform routine checks and troubleshooting of kiln-related equipment.

 

Maintain kiln logs and production records.

 

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

 

Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive maintenance and repairs.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

 

Diploma/Degree in Chemical/Cement Technology or related field.

 

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in kiln operation in a cement plant.

 

Strong understanding of kiln process and thermodynamics.

 

Ability to analyze kiln performance and resolve operational issues.

 

Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in cement manufacturing.
