Job Purpose:
 

Operate the Pyro & Post Pyro section with desired output
 

Produce product (Raw Meal, Clinker, Cement) of good quality conforming to the QMS standards and quantity target set by Production Manager. 
 
 

Main accountabilities:
 
 

Co- Ordinate with Production Shift Manager the smooth operation of the plant.
 

Monitor the quality of the products and maintain the quality within the range as defined in the QMS procedures.
 

Keep good co- ordination with the laboratory for the feedback of quality.
 

To follow the non- conformity procedure in case the product is not conforming to the standards.
 

Keep good communication with all and inform the abnormalities to the concerned.
 

To act effectively during emergency situations like fire/ accidents.

 

Requirements and skills:
 

Diploma Chemical & Cement Technology / B.Tech in Chemical or Cement Technology/B.Sc or M.Sc
 

Minimum 5+ year with Diploma or B.Sc /3+ experience with B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc.
 

Operation knowledge of the various equipment.
