Purpose of Job:
 

X-ray Analysis of Clinker & Cement and chemical tests for quality control.

 

Job Responsibilities & Duties:
 

Ensures health, safety, and environment regulations as per applicable standards of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018. 
 

To analyze clinker & cement products to achieve the quality targets as defined.
 

To conduct physical tests such as Blaine, whiteness, cement residue etc. as per defined schedule.
 

To analyze weigh feeder gypsum, weigh feeder clinker & Yard clinker as per given frequencies.
 

To perform Chemical tests for SO3, free Lime and determination of Major components of CLK & CMT by rapid wet methods in case of X-ray Shut down.
 

Extend Co-ordination with X-ray Analyst to complete shift jobs and other additional assignments.
 

Ensure effective Housekeeping
 

To accomplish additional testing assignments as required by the Lab. Supervisor such as sieve analysis for determining gradation , bulk density of raw materials and products and L.O.I.
 

To carry out any other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor / seniors.
