Motivating customers for brand usage through site visits by offering technical services and solutions.
 

Mitigating Quality Complaints.
 

Influencer enrollment activation, and management.
 

Supported channel network through product training, providing customer services, and organizing promotional meetings.
 

Promoting Premium product sales through channel networks, influencers, and IHB.

 

Desired Competency:
 

Candidate should have proven functional experience, preferably in the cement industry, and a strong understanding of functional processes and industry regulations.
 

Superior interpersonal and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software are required.
 

Good in planning and execution. Candidates must have a customer-centric mindset, be go-getters, be agile, be result-oriented, and be collaborative.
 

High in Self-Motivation, Analytical Skills, Ready to accept challenges, well versed in Negotiation Skills, solution-minded approach.
 

Qualification
 

BE / DIPLOMA in Civil Engineering
