Job Description
 

Supervision and execution of mechanical maintenance activities of Raw Mill section for optimal plant operation & maintaining equipment reliability and safety standards to fulfill plant requirement.

 

Minimize inventory and power consumption. Minimize contractor cost and permanent workmen OT. Ensure system implementation. (ISO, EnMS, WCM, OHSAS,SA) in the section.
 

Supervision & execution of mechanical maintenance activities of Raw mill for plant operation.

 

Control on maintenance expenses of the section as per budget and ensure execution of improvement actions to optimize the cost of Maintenance.
 

Identify improvement area and supervise execution of Improvement/Modification of Raw Mill section to improve productivity.
 

To Maintain false air below 15 % in all 3 Raw mill. 
 

To maintain spare parts inventory of section at optimum levels. 
 

Planning, Execution & Monitoring of  SAP PM orders checklist & schedule for abnormalities and their elimination.
 

Ensure implementation of all safety compliances in section as per UTCL safety standard
 

Supervision of quality systems (ISO, EMS, WCM, OHSAS) in the section through the involvement of people for improving Plant Performance as per Quality / Environmental Standards.

 

Qualification:
 

Diploma/BE/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
