Job Description

 

Optimization of Kiln.

 

Setting and fulfilling of production targets.

 

To achieve the rated output of Kiln.

 

Optimizing Specific Power and Specific heat energy consumption.

 

Coordinating and timely communication of production requirement to related department for smooth running of plant.

 

Resolving technical problems relating to process.

 

Introducing and Implementing Energy conservation Measures.

 

To achieve the rated output of Kiln.

 

Organize and implement the requirement of systems in department and ownership area through team involvement and motivation for improving the plant working.

 

Monitoring the radiation of cooler, preheater areas, etc. and to maintain the radiation as minimum as possible.

 

Coordinating with instrumentation department personnel for carrying out calibration of field instruments such as thermocouples, pressure transmitters, and flow transmitters etc.

 

Planning the requirement of Fire bricks, castable etc., raising purchase requisitions and maintaining sufficient stock.

 

Responsible for all work related to IMS within control.

 

Identifying changing aspects of operations and updating IMS accordingly. And Participation in management Review Committee meeting.

 

Competencies Required:

 

Strong skills and abilities required to successfully perform responsibilities and also should have hands on experience in operation & optimization of Kiln & Mills.

 

Education:

 

B.Tech/B.E. in Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology
 

MS/M.Sc(Science) in Chemistry
