Key skills:
 

Should have through knowledge of Process / Chemical Engineering of Kiln, Raw Mill, Coal Mill and Cement plants.
 

Should be knowledge of Flow measurement, Heat Balancing, Process calculation, Optimization and SAP.
 

Mill Operation and driving efficiency of the plant and increase production by driving efficiency in each section.

 

Job Description:

 

Supervise and Monitor operation of kiln, Coal Mill, RM, Cement Mill.
 

Optimization of process parameters to meet the production and quality targets at optimum cost with maintaining environment and safety standards.
 

Kiln optimization through proper maintenance of desired sections as per mentioned above.
 

Initiate actions to run the process more efficiently which leads to reduction of product wastage
 

Maintain Clinker Quality with comparable cost
 

Kiln process measurements and maintain records of return dust and stand by equipments and its workability.
 

Maintain and ensure process parameter for smooth operation.
 

Refractory planning and execution.
 

Heat and Mass balance.
 

Troubleshooting and Operational control.
 

Attends shift duties for Kiln operation as and when required.
 

Stoppage analysis of desired sections.
 

Team work with colleagues.
 

Ensure proper house-keeping of the sections, related roads, machines etc.
 

Various reports recording and problems evaluating.
 

Worker & labour management.

B.Sc in Chemistry/MS/M.Sc(Science) in Chemistry/BE in Chemical
