Job Description:

 

Facilitate the Plant Operations by coordinating with the Technical & Engineering Departments to enable the Production as per business plan and to optimize the quantity, quality and cost for achieving desired targets with safety.
 

Stay up to date with latest production management & maintenance best practices and concepts, and review opportunities for modernization and improvement in current production processes.
 

Review and monitor performance of team members and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs.

BE/ B-Tech (Mechanical)
