CA qualified with 15+ years in finance within the cement industry, expertise in greenfield project finance.
 

Oversee project finance, manage budgeting, internal controls, and stakeholder collaboration.
 

Candidates from Cement Industry only preferred

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Project Accounting & Finance: Oversee day-to-day project finance, including financial statements, accounts payable/receivable, billing, payments, and vendor management.
 

Internal Controls & Auditing: Controlling project auditing and maintaining adequate internal controls.
 

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior management, to align efforts with business objectives.
 

Financial Reporting & KPIs: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the initiatives.
 

Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Develop, manage, and optimize the project budget, ensuring efficient allocation of financial resources to meet strategic goals. Monitor ongoing project expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where necessary.
 

Budget & Cost Management: Develop and manage the project budget, track costs, implement cost control measures, and ensure efficient resource allocation to achieve strategic goals.

 

Skills:

 

Expertise in project accounting, billing, and payments management.
 

Strong knowledge of financial controls, auditing, and compliance requirements.
 

Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
 

Experience with System SAP.
 

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
