Job Description

 

Maintenance, troubleshooting and testing of 132KV / 6.6KV Substation with OLTC VCB Circuit Breakers & Short circuit.
 

Maintenance and troubleshooting of 132KV / 6.6KV Substation with SF6 breakers.
 

Maintenance of High Voltage panels 6.6 KV, Vacuum Circuit Breakers.
 

Maintenance of Distribution transformers & Lighting Transformer
 

Maintenance of Diesel Generators 6.6 KV, 500 KVA capacity
 

Maintenance and testing of HT and LT motors up to 4800 KW, 6.6 KV.
 

Maintenance & troubleshooting of 690V, 450KW, 250KW, 160KW, VFD Drives.
 

Maintenance & troubleshooting of LT board automatic power factor correction panel .
 

Maintenance & troubleshooting of Motor Control Centres and Power Control Centres.
 

Maintenance & troubleshooting of Breakers, Switch Gears, Contactors, and Switch Fuse units.
 

Checking of HT and LT panel wirings and drawings.
 

Maintenance and checking of Battery charger [Lead acid and nickel cadmium batteries]
 

Maintenance of FLS AUTOPACKER.

 

Maintenance & troubleshooting of SIEMENS IMCC.
 

Power reporting & analysis.
 

Documentation & Knowledge of IMS certification & EnMs 50001
 

Break down analysis through RCFA tool.
 

Spares & inventory planning.
 

Computer Proficiency

 

Fundamental knowledge to work on Microsoft windows platform systems.
 

Experience in Microsoft Office and SAP.Role & responsibilities
