Technical Skills:
Solid knowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, SAP), Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, procurement, and material management.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes for cement equipment manufacturing. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution, Team Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Budget & Resource Management, Review and approve project expenditures, contracts, and vendor agreements, Quality Assurance
Ensure the delivery of high-quality cement machinery equipment by adhering to industry standards and best practices
Perform risk assessments and identify preventive measures to avoid delays or issues, Process Improvement,
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Implement lessons learned from past projects to improve future project execution,
Drive innovation within the project management function, Reporting & Documentation
Provide accurate and timely project reports to senior management on progress, risks, and resource utilization
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors
Ensure contracts and agreements are negotiated effectively to secure favorable terms for the company.
Qualifications:
M. Tech /B.Tech/Diploma Mechanical engineering.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
