Job Decsription:

 

Ability to operate plant from DCS (Kiln, VRM, RP, Ball mill). Dynamic in console operation with focus on equipment reliability.
 

Sound knowledge of CCR operation, Interlocks, and trend analysis.
 

Knowledge of safety standards related to operation is must.
 

Ensure all QC norms are understood and implemented at each stage.
 

Ensure smooth full plant operation with focus on equipment reliability.
 

Must have sound knowledge of operation and troubleshooting/ RCA.
 

Ability to supervise shutdown jobs.
 

Prepare Shift Log reports.
