Job Description:

 

Ensure smooth full plant operation with focus on equipment reliability.

Lead the shift team and must have sound knowledge of operation and troubleshooting/ RCA.

Ensure all quality norms are being met.

Should have experience and sound knowledge of CCR operation, Interlocks, and trend analysis.

Ability to prepare production reports with analysis of deviations.

To ensure all maintenance activities are carried out under specified HSE norms.

To track stock of Raw materials, Semi finished and finished products with reporting to concerns.

To ensure all operational SOP s are implemented.

To involve in process optimization.

Ensure the shutdown activities happens on schedule. 

Responsible for leading the shift team and manage all the shift operations focused on optimal performance and process optimization while ensure quality, safety and environment norms.
