Key Skill & Job Description:

 

Knowledge of Auto-Cad, Autodesk Inventor, Solid Works, etc. (2D & 3D).
 

Basics CAD design for Civil Engineering like Base foundation, RCC, Structures, etc.
 

Knowledge of all type Mechanical & Civil drawings GA, Equipment, Fabrication, and Erection drawings flow sheet & modification of drawings.
 

Preparing CAD drawings for Mechanical Equipment’s to fabricate them as per requirement.
 

Preparing Mechanical General Arrangement of Conveyors, Chutes, Hoppers, and all equipments in the Cement Industry with Load Data.
 

Cross checking of mechanical GA with civil drawings for better planning during erection. 
 

Checking of Project Engineering, Vendor drawings, Supplier Drawings & Consultants Drawings.
 

Project proposals formulation and drawing approval for various GA drawings From Vendors.
 

Support to Plant site engineers for various drawing and equipment inter-changeability issues.
 

Consulting with the engineers during the design phase and using their feedback for the modification of design.
 

Spare Parts sketching & developing the drawings (with tolerances, welding & development details) like operation & maintenance Drawings.
 

Measurement of Fits, tolerances of workpiece / spares for various machining and workshop purposes.
 

Record keeping of all important documents & drawings and manuals.
