Key Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's overall strategic plan, aligning it with the long-term vision and objectives of the organization.

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, government agencies, and industry associations.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as safety and environmental standards.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing effective risk management practices throughout the organization.
Establish and maintain a high-performance culture, attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
Monitor unit wise performance, sales forecast production planning and overseeing the entire operations of the company efficiently.

Candidate Prerequisite
Proven experience as a CEO, preferably in the cement industry or related sectors.
In-depth knowledge of the cement manufacturing process, market dynamics, and industry trends.
Strong business acumen and ability to drive growth and profitability.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve company objectives.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
