Job Responsibility:

 

Responsible for Kiln Operation and driving efficiency of the plant and increase production by driving efficiency in each section. 

 

He needs to meet the production targets and also reduce cost of  production through efficiency building. 

 

Technical Skills Required :

 

Should have through knowledge of Process / Chemical Engineering of Cement plants. 
 

Should have the knowledge of a Ball Mills d other details like Grinding Media Management/ 
 

Production efficiencies / reducing cost of Energy etc. 
 

Operation and control of process parameters of Coal mill (VRM & BALL MILL), Cement mill (BALL MILL), and Raw mill (VRM).
 

Operation and control of process parameters of kiln operation.
 

Manpower Management and Skill Development 
 

 
Qualifications:
 

B.sc/ M.sc( Chemistry)/ B.E/ B. Tech/ M. Tech/ Diploma in Chemical
