Job Description

 

Operation of through CCR with optimum production kiln at desired parameters.

 

Checking & observation of equipments during operation, attending all types of breakdown of Kiln & Coal Mill etc.

 

Evaluation of Heat balance, Mass balance, Gas balance and Water balance on periodical basis for raw grinding, Pyro process and Clinker grinding sections. 

 

Grinding Medias Optimization for high output. 

 

Planning for the refractory maintenance and inventory control.
