Closely monitoring & optimizing process parameters through DCS.

 

Job Description:

 

Operation of 6 stage Pre Heater, Calciner, Rotary Kiln, Coolex Cooler, Planetary Coolers, Screw Compressors, Various Types of pumps & blowers, Electrostatic Precipitators, Bag Filters/bag house, HSD storage, coal mill operation and relevant legal compliance of diesel storage.   ·       Planning for long lead items, raw materials, components, consumables as per inventory norms. 

 

Kiln operation optimization with heat and material balance, Improvement planning to reduce sp. Heat & power consumption and minimize the downtime.

 

Daily, monthly and yearly ABP Production planning and executing and gap analysis.

 

Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various equipment and instruments to increase availability and reliability. Proactively identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment’s through application of  trouble shooting tools.

 

Daily job planning and coordination with other service agencies.

 

Departmental Capital Expenditure project procurement (CAPEX), required third party service hiring, erection and commissioning.

 

Adherence to all safety norms, SOP, procedure and other legal compliance.

 

Departmental AQI (Air quality Index) project planning, implementation and equipment performance measurements.

 

Contractor control and bills process through SAP.

 

Maintaining & updating ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and 45001.

 

Task in various improvement initiatives like Six Sigma and PSRM activities.

 

Skill development of DCS operator, newly Joined GETs/DETs and Shift in charges.

 

Qualification:

 

BE in Chemical / M. Sc
