Job description

 

General Shift work (Maintain given quality target in Cement Division).
 

Operate XRD & XRF including their calibration
 

Maintaining BIS Standards & Records
 

Planning of new Lab lay out, selection of laboratory equipments, & establishment of all Lab equipment.
 

Analytical testing of all raw materials (e.g. lime stone, shale, Pozzolanic clay, latrite, coal, fly-ash) & products including clinker & cement by EDTA method.
 

Calibration of laboratory equipment e.g., Blaines apparatus, Spectrophotometer, Flame photometer, Bomb calorimeter, compressive strength testing machine, ORSAT gas analyzer, pH meter.
 

Preparation and standardization of solutions related to analytical testing.
 

General Shift work (Maintain given quality target in Cement Division).
 

Physical testing (LR Test, Dry Shrinkage Test, Autoclave & Leachate Expansion, Comparative Strength, NC, Blaine & Setting Time) of Cement & calibration of all physical equipments
 

R & D through Lab Ball Mill
 

Raw Material handling.
