Job description:

 

Plan, supervise & co-ordinate maintenance activities of kiln I, kiln II ,coal firing & clinker transport   system and Bypass systems to maximize the plant availability for achievement of targeted production.
 

Monitor and control cost of maintenance activities of the section as per the budget and ensure execution of improvement actions to optimize the cost of maintenance.
 

Organize and implement the requirement of ISO, EMS & WCM systems in the section and ownership area through team involvement and motivation for improving the plant working
 

Monitor and carryout all the activities required to maintain good housekeeping, implementation of all safety standards in section and timely carry out statutory Factory requirements.
 

Identify and carryout various modifications / changes required for improvement in plant working on continuous basis in the section.
 

Qualification:
 

Diploma/BE/B. Tech in Mechanical
