Job Description:

Ensure completion of electrical, instrumentation, and control system maintenance jobs with the highest level of quality, safety, and effectiveness at minimum cost to maximize equipment availability.

Responsible for execution and the quality of electrical maintenance to be carried out on plant equipment.

Responsible for repair and maintenance activities of HT, LT, Transformers, MV & LV Motors, Electrical Breakers, relays, control, and instrumentations.

Preparation of Job plan for different E&I activities

Supervision of the electrical construction activities including. Substation, switch yard, HT& LT lines& other utilities.

Knowledge in SAP.

Knowledge of Execution and Inspection.

Supervision & coordination of electrical installation and maintenance activities in AFR Area.

Review and perform the E&I maintenance activities, Optimize the maintenance Cost.

Promote the vision & Values.

Identify the area of energy conservation, consumption of Plant improvements and implement the same.
 

Key Skill

Good experience on Electrical equipments related to Cement Plant.

Knowledge of electrical equipment maintenance

Knowledge of SAP and ISO system.

Having knowledge of protection system.

Able to monitor the daily power

Compatible to read the control & Power scheme and good troubleshooting skill.
 

Note: Preference will be given to those who will be Certified Energy Manager from BEE

 

Qualification:

B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
