Job Description

 

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client
 

Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project Civil works
 

Assist in establishing a Plant requirements and undertake feasibility studies Perform risk, value management, and cost control Advise on a procurement strategy Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks
 

Prepare and analyze costings for tenders
 

Allocate work to subcontractors
 

Provide advice on contractual claims
 

Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports
 

Value completed work and arranged payments
 

Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use
 

Understand the implications of health and safety regulations
 

Preparation of DPRs and Weekly Review & Monthly Reports
 

BOQ Preparation & Bill Checking and Certification

 

Required Candidate profile

 

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
 

Minimum 8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying of Civil projects
 

Aged between 25 to 45 years
 

Work with AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera, MS Projects and SAP
 

Should be fluent in English and Telugu.
 

Excellent interpersonal and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
 

Strong ability to give attention to detail and to perform multiple tasks at the same time
 

Only female candidates are preferred.
