Job Description:

Seeking an Investor Relations and IPO Manager with an MBA/PGDM in Finance.
 

Responsible for investor relations, managing IPO processes, and banking relations.
 

Manage investor relationships and communications.
 

Coordinate IPO activities including due diligence and regulatory compliance.
 

Cultivate and maintain banking partnerships.
 

Requirements:
 

MBA/PGDM in Finance or related field.
 

7-12 years of experience in investor relations and/or IPO management.
 

Strong understanding of financial markets and regulations.
 

MBA/PGDM in Finance.
