Job description

 

To maintain haul road.
 

To supervise drills, dewatering pumps, lighting towers, dozers, road compactor, shovel, dumper operation during shift operation.
 

Responsible for ensuring safety of man and machines.
 

Responsible for administering first aid.
 

Maintaining statutory diaries and records.
 

To maintain good housekeeping in mines area.
 

Responsible to assist shift in charge in shift operation and supervision for meeting quality and quantity of limestone with safety and good productivity.
 

Marking of drill holes.
 

Imparting Tool Box talk.
 

Responsible for fencing of danger area.
 

Responsible for supervising drilling and blasting operation.
 

To Maintain drainage of the mines.
 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

Ability to supervise fully mechanized shift operation of limestone mines for production and overburden & Top soil handling for maintaining safety.
 

Good knowledge of Drilling & Blasting, manpower management, plantation work, Supervision of dewatering pumps.
 

Good Communication and decision making skill, Team work and result oriented.
 

Ability to motivate manpower.
 

Should have experienced in Man power management.
 

Should be Minimum 12th pass & should have Foreman certificate of completion.
