Job description:

 

Responsible for repairing and maintenance of Plant HEMM, Utility Machineries and Locomotives.

 

Planning and execution of daily, schedule, preventive and breakdown maintenance of all machineries.

 

To ensure maximum availability of each machines to meet the requirements of internal customers.

 

Inventory planning and control.

 

Repair and maintenance cost control.

 

Manpower planning.

 

Supervision of repair and maintenance of machines.

 

Maintaining ISO records and managing internal and external audit.

 

Coordination for Safety, environment and 5s activities.

 

Attending daily coordination and other meetings.

 

Training of subordinates and manpower.

 

Preparing monthly expenditure report of all machines of Plant material handling.

 

To maintain good housekeeping in the workshop.

 

 

Preferred candidate profile

 

Work Experience of 15 Years (Including minimum ten years experience of repair and maintenance of heavy earth moving machines such as loaders, excavators, cranes, tippers, JCB machines, road sweeping machines, generators, dozers, locomotives and other plant utility vehicles.)

 

Good knowledge of repairing and maintenance of Heavy earth moving machineries.

 

Deep knowledge of SAP including master data generation and changing as well as good command on MS word and excel. Good knowledge of ISO.

 

Man power handling skill.
