Job Description:

 

Experience of Kiln, Raw Mill, Cement Mill and Coal Mill operations.
 

Knowledge of operation & maintenance of Cement Mill & efficient operation of CCR.
 

Experience of Pre/Post Clinkerization process.
 

Knowledge of Cement Mill Productivity & Power.
 

SO, Safety, WCM implementation & knowledge.
 

Knowledge of mill output & power.
 

To do PMS on-time and create MDP for career Growth.
 

Knowledge of SAP production reports preparation PPQM. 
 

Experience in operation ok Kiln /VRM.
 

Actively Participate in Shutdown activities and coordinate with various Service department to get all jobs completed as per time frame and following
 

Able to control optimized operational parameters and achieve operational efficiencies. Able to independently plan and indent refractory material for Kiln annual shutdown.

 

Qualification : 
 

BE / B. Tech. or Diploma in Chemical Engineering
