B.E./B.Tech. in Mining Engineering First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency
 

18–25+ years of relevant experience in mining operations
 

Strong experience in large-scale mechanized open-cast limestone mining
 

Experience with an integrated cement plant will be highly preferred
 

Proven expertise in mine planning, drilling amp; blasting, HEMM operations, production, cost optimization, safety and statutory compliance
 

Strong leadership and team-management capabilities
 

Overall management of limestone mining operations
 

Ensure uninterrupted supply of quality limestone to the cement plant
 

Mine planning, production amp; development
 

HEMM fleet and contractor management Drilling amp; blasting optimization
 

Cost, productivity and resource optimization
 

DGMS and statutory compliance
 

Mine safety, environmental management and sustainable mining
 

Coordination with Cement Plant, Geology, Quality,
 

Maintenance and other functions
