Position: DGM – QC Head- Cement Plant

 

Experience:

 

12–15+ years of relevant experience in cement manufacturing, quality control, process development, or production development.
 

Strong experience in a managerial or senior leadership position is required.
 

Experience in an integrated cement plant will be preferred.

 

CTC: Negotiable.

 

Qualification:

 

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Cement Technology, or a relevant technical discipline.
 

Degree should be from a recognized institution.

Responsibility:

 

Lead the Quality Control and Production Development function across the complete cement manufacturing process.
 

Monitor and ensure the quality of limestone, raw materials, intermediate products, and finished cement.
 

Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with applicable quality standards.
 

Monitor plant material flow and manufacturing processes to improve operational efficiency.
 

Drive cement grinding optimization and production development initiatives.
 

Manage laboratory activities, testing procedures, and quality control systems.
 

Ensure implementation of IMS, applicable NS standards, audits, and certification requirements.
 

Coordinate with Production, Mining, Maintenance, Marketing, Technical, Procurement, and Corporate Office.
 

Lead manpower planning, team development, housekeeping, and departmental improvement activities.
 

Prepare quality and production reports and provide technical support to management.
 

Identify improvement opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
