Qualification: BE / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering

 

Key Skill:

 

Cement plant maintenance
 

Troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving
 

Knowledge of Crusher, VRM, Kiln, Ball Mill & Packing Plant
 

Equipment alignment, lubrication, and maintenance practices
 

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PM & PdM)
 

Knowledge of ISO systems and safety standards

 

Responsibility:

 

Plan and execute maintenance activities for plant equipment.
 

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical system breakdowns.
 

Ensure proper inspection, alignment, and performance of machinery.
 

Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
 

Maintain maintenance records and support spare parts planning.
 

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
 

Support shutdown planning and maintenance execution.
