Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Mechanical (Raw Mill Maintenance)- Cement Plant

 

Experience: 12–20 Years

 

CTC: ₹10.0 – ₹15.0 LPA

 

Qualification: B.E./B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Responsibility:

 

Ensure reliable operation of Raw Mill equipment through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
 

Plan and execute shutdown, breakdown, and major maintenance activities.
 

Monitor equipment health using inspection findings and vibration analysis.
 

Prepare maintenance schedules, shutdown plans, and material requirements.
 

Supervise maintenance teams and contractors for timely job completion.
 

Ensure compliance with safety, IMS, and housekeeping standards.
 

Coordinate with Operations and Stores for maintenance and spare planning.
 

Maintain equipment history, maintenance records, and optimize spare utilization.

 

Others: Cement plant experience in Raw Mill maintenance preferred.
