Experience: Min 7 Years

Experience: At least 7 years of post-qualification experience

CTC: As per company standards (Negotiable)

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mandatory)

Key Skill: Cement plant production operations, Kiln & Mill operation, Process optimization, Team coordination, Troubleshooting

Responsibility: Monitor and optimize cement production processes, ensure smooth plant operation, achieve production targets, maintain quality standards, coordinate with maintenance and process teams.

Others: Relevant experience in the cement industry is mandatory.
