Responsibility:
Develop and manage ESG MIS, monthly reports, and consolidate sustainability data from multiple plants.
Ensure data accuracy, validation, assurance readiness, and timely submission for management reviews and external disclosures.
Develop ESG dashboards covering environmental performance, CDP performance, and assurance metrics.
Support ESG roadmap development through plant coordination, progress tracking, and industry benchmarking.
Support environmental compliance initiatives including CCTS performance tracking, EPR requirements, and compliance registers.
Manage ESG ratings and disclosures including CDP, CRISIL, BRSR, and sustainability reporting.
Develop and maintain GHG inventory, evaluate emission reduction projects, conduct gap analysis, and recommend decarbonization opportunities.
Support energy benchmarking and performance improvement initiatives across plants.
Assist plants in GreenCo and GreenPro certifications through review and guidance.
Lead CSR projects from planning to execution.
Drive AFR initiatives including TSR improvement, best practice sharing, material identification, and kiln impact assessment.
Qualification:
B.Tech/M.Tech in Environmental Engineering or M.Sc. Environmental Science with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
OR
Chemical Engineering with cement plant AFR experience in operations, quality, process impact assessment, and AFR management.
