Position: Packing Plant Head (Sales & Distribution)- Cement Plant

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, or Marketing will be an added advantage)

Responsibility:

Oversee day-to-day packing and dispatch operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Transporters, and Plant teams for seamless dispatch planning.
Monitor dispatch efficiency, inventory movement, and stock availability.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Manage manpower and optimize resource utilization.
Ensure on-time deliveries and minimize dispatch delays.
Analyze operational KPIs and implement process improvements to improve productivity and cost efficiency.

Others:

Experience in Cement Sales & Distribution, Dispatch Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
Strong leadership and operational planning skills are required.
Proficiency in SAP/ERP and MS Office is preferred.
