Officer- CSR- Cement Plant, Experience: 2-6 Years

Position:  Officer

Experience: 2-6 Years

Education: Degree in Social Work/Rural Management/Development Studies

Responsibilities:
1.Iimplement CSR and CER initiatives aligned with JK Cement's social development vision and organizational objectives.
2.Build strong relationships with local communities, government departments, implementation partners, and other stakeholders.
3. Manage end-to-end project execution, including monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
4. Facilitate employee volunteering and engagement initiatives 
5. Represent JK Cement in community forums, stakeholder consultations, and development sector engagements
6. Handling Media and stakeholder locally and at state level

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's/Master's in Social Work, Rural Management, or Development Studies.
2. Strong understanding of CSR principles and best practices.
3. Excellent project implementation and communication skills.
4. Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and drive continuous program improvement
5. Strong documentation and financial management 
6. Passion for social impact and community development.
7. Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
