Position: Head ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) – Cement Plant

Experience: 12 - 15 Years

Key Skill: ESG Strategy Development, Carbon Accounting, Lifecycle Assessment (LCA), Decarbonization, Climate Action, ESG Reporting (GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD, DJSI), Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Sustainability Management, Stakeholder Engagement, ISO 14001, Environmental Management, CSR & Governance Practices.

Responsibility: Develop and implement ESG strategies; monitor ESG performance and drive improvement initiatives; lead decarbonization and climate action programs; increase renewable energy and alternative fuel usage; ensure environmental and mining regulatory compliance; manage ESG reporting and disclosures; conduct ESG risk assessments and mitigation planning; drive resource efficiency, water positivity, and waste management initiatives; coordinate stakeholder engagement; lead ESG certification and recognition programs; support CSR, community development, supply chain sustainability, and governance practices.

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Earth Sciences, Business Management, Environmental Science, Environmental Health Sciences, Environmental Risk Management, or related field. Certifications such as ISO 14001 Lead Auditor or ESG/Sustainability credentials preferred.
