Responsibility:

 

Lead and manage Raw Mill operations to ensure uninterrupted production of quality raw meal at optimum productivity
 

Ensure smooth and efficient Raw Mill operation while maintaining stable raw meal quality
 

Monitor process parameters such as feed rate, residue, moisture, mill DP, vibration, separator efficiency, etc. in coordination with CCR team
 

Coordinate with Mines and Crusher sections for uninterrupted limestone availability
 

Maintain adequate raw meal silo inventory for continuous kiln operation
 

Analyze process bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions for process improvement and energy efficiency
 

Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and process deviations
 

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for plant management
 

Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment failures and implement corrective measures
 

Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and emission control norms
 

Lead and develop shift engineers, operators, and field staff through training and technical guidance
