Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Responsibility:

 

Plan and execute preventive / breakdown maintenance for cement plant machinery
 

Troubleshoot mechanical issues in crushers, raw mills, kilns, cement mills, and bagging systems
 

Monitor and improve KPIs: MTBF, MTTR, plant availability
 

Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) practices
 

Manage critical spare parts inventory and maintenance budget
 

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
 

Coordinate with production team to minimize plant downtime

 

Others: Cement industry experience is mandatory
