Position: Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical – Cement Plant

 

Experience: 2–5 Years

 

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Preventive & predictive maintenance
 

Shutdown maintenance planning
 

Cement mill machinery maintenance
 

Breakdown troubleshooting
 

Erection & commissioning
 

Spare parts management
 

Team development & coordination

 

Responsibility:

 

Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules
 

Ensure equipment reliability and plant safety
 

Attend mechanical breakdowns and troubleshooting
 

Execute shutdown maintenance activities
 

Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance records
 

Implement energy-saving and reliability improvement initiatives
 

Coordinate with operation and maintenance teams

 

Others:

 

Experience in cement plant maintenance preferred
 

Knowledge of inspection & equipment health monitoring required
