Position: Process & Quality Director – Cement Plant

 

Experience: Proven experience with expert knowledge and demonstrated achievements in cement plant process & quality functions

 

CTC: Attractive fixed salary + performance bonus (as applicable)

 

Qualification: Relevant Engineering Degree (Chemical or equivalent)

 

Key Skill: Process optimization, quality assurance, lab management, change management, product development, team coaching

 

Responsibility: Lead process and quality functions, ensure lab accuracy, optimize plant performance, manage quality systems, coach team, and support new product development & change management
