Responsibilities:

 

Lead the finance and accounts function, ensuring financial discipline and strategic financial management across the organization. 

 

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives to enhance profitability. 

 

Manage financial risks, treasury operations, and investment strategies. 

 

Ensure statutory compliance, audits, and reporting accuracy. 

 

Partner with senior management to support business expansion, mergers, and acquisitions. 

 

Oversee capital structure and funding requirements while maintaining alignment with corporate growth objectives.
