Job Description:

 

Supervise civil maintenance and repair works for plant structures including silos, foundations, roads, buildings, and drainage systems.
 

Plan and execute civil projects (e.g., plant expansion, new installations, infrastructure upgrades).
 

Monitor contractors and ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations.
 

Coordinate with other departments (Mechanical, Electrical, Production) for integrated project execution.
 

Ensure adherence to statutory norms and environmental guidelines in construction activities.
 

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents for civil works.
 

Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reviews.
 

Maintain project documentation and ensure timely reporting to senior management.
 

Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and contract workers.

 

Qualification: 

 

Diploma in Civil, B.Tech/B.E. in Civil
